moving forward

i'm happy i moved to this new blog addy. strangely, it feels safe here. safe to say, put, let out, settle whatever. no one to judge, no one who will make fun of and add insult to injury. no bothers. no more fear of being lightly or heavily stalked. i removed some clutter, maintained and added some happy buttons. it's just simply nice.

welcome, dear reader.

on another note ~

my kids still have coughs and colds. i pray they get better already. i pray that God would heal them now and make them very healthy again.

'Lord, sa akin na lang yung mga sakit nila. ok lang, promise. 'di ako magrereklamo.'

i've been obsessing on Barack Obama's speeches. he makes me want to be an American, which i never wanted until i read his speeches and stories. he's just full of hope, faith and promise that is quite rare in the leaders of today. sure, there's his past experiences but i wonder where he draws all of that from now.

Barack and Michelle (his wife) make me proud to have been able to work with non government organizations. i can relate to / understand their vision. i get them. having experienced to be on the groundwork, organizing communities, meeting and communicating with people, make both of them more reliable and their goals attainable. no one would fully understand his society until he's had an immersion.

side note : i hope more and more of today's youth could veer away from all the worldly things and discover/learn lives instead. there's so much work to do.

on the other hand, some readings say he's the first 'global president'. i hope that as he pulls up America, as he makes changes, he's also tagging along all the other countries that are, for the longest time, 'Unofficial States' of America.
