almost midday

there has to be some kind of redemption from boredom at work.

Disney's resigned. that means one less food trip with a friend everyday. on the other hand, Cyprus is on a different shift. so we only get to eat together when i'm having a late lunch, when we both want Tofu Furai or Chocolait or Tara Taho, and when i'm craving for some food, sasamahan lang niya ako.

i changed my shift today, from 10am-7pm to 11am-8pm. i woke up later than usual and i still had to clean the bottles. on my way to work, i was surprised at the beauty of the almost mid-day sun and mid-day itself. i thought to myself, "i rarely get to see outdoors during this time of the day while driving slow." it reminded me of the days when i was still in LausGroup. i really do not understand why i associated it with LausGroup because when i was working there, i was also most of the time inside our office. there's no way i can connect it to the mid-day sun. hehe.

"pagod na ko. pagod na ko sa SM," i blurted out to my husband as we enter the CDC gate. "ganon talaga. ganon tlaga kahit san ka magpunta," he reminded me, suddenly becoming an optimist on days i don't need his positivity. what i only needed was his understanding and sympathy that 'yes, he sees i am tired'.
