flattered

exactly a week ago, i sent my CPU to our IT-head office to get it fixed. i supposed there was this matinik na virus already that occupies most of the space of my PC's memory because it always (as in always) flashes a notice saying "low memory disk space) -- to the extent that i felt i needed to remove all my .JPG files so i could work kahit patingi-tingi lang.

so, i was talking to this Jackson of IT. in fairness, he was very accommodating and friendly. i didn't feel stupid telling him all my pre-assumptions why my computer was suicidal. :p ..according to the office veterans, if you send your CPU to our head office, it would take a lifetime before you get it back. ever since the world begun. that's why i made sure i was extra nice speaking to this Jackson and sweetly requested to have my CPU fixed right away, and told him i could just have it picked up as soon as he lets me know that it's ready.

to my sweet surprise, Jackson sent me a message last Friday afternoon -- my CPU's ready for pick up! (there's a funny story caused by my loud 'yehey' reaction when i found his message but i will reserve that for another entry) i told Angelique that Boyet should go to head office on Monday to pick up my CPU (they don't have work on Saturdays). sasamal. haha!

i was more than excited when i saw Boyet arrive. ika nga ni Janys, 'GG' ako. hehe wala ng kung anu-ano pa, with the mighty powers of Miami and Cyprus, i had my CPU plugged and voila! ...i'm blogging! hahaha :)

nakakainis lang, i cannot chat from Yahoo mailbox. tinanggal ni Jackson! (lagot ka sakin Jackson, hrmpf!)

as usual, Boyet has this baon na istorya from his 'journey'. sabi ba naman ng mokong...

Boyet : mam, naligaw po ako..
me : ah, ok.. kaya pala antagal mo..
Boyet : mam, yung ID po ninyo (i gave him a photocopy of my company ID)..
me : o? napano?
Boyet : iniwan ko po dun.. itinago po niya (i'm assuming he's referring to Jackson) sa wallet nya.

that really cracked me up! LOL ..nevertheless, i should call to thank him for the fix. =)
